Tera Manufacturing was started in the fall of 1996 to meet the needs of the growing market for heavy duty off road equipment and suspension enhancements. TeraFlex was the first manufacturer to introduce a Jeep TJ Wrangler suspension system onto the market. TeraFlex has been professionally involved with Jeeps since the 1950s and our experience has taught us how to make them perform their best. Since the beginning of TeraFlex we have constantly added unique and innovative products to make our line what it is today. Other suspension systems also followed, and again we were the first to offer a suspension system for the Jeep WJ Grand Cherokee. Tera Manufacturing has also been an innovator in developing alternate gear ratios for the low range portion of production transfer cases from Dana Spicer and New Venture Gear Company. Tera Manufacturing was instrumental in working with the engineers at New Venture Gear Company to develop the current 4:1 ratio transfer case now in use with Jeep corporation for the rubicon edition TJ Wrangler. We are still the only aftermarket company to address the low range needs of the NV231 transfer case. With the increased demand for extreme duty axle applications Tera Manufacturing began manufacturing a new hybrid axle design that addressed the weak aspects of the Dana 60 High pinion differential. TeraFlexs line of heavy duty axles have been designed to withstand all of the abuse and power that popular Rock Crawling competition events like UROC put them through. As a company we are known for our ability to take an existing product and enhance its usefulness and performance for specific needs off-road while retaining the drivability requirements that are necessary and essential for highway use. Our products are engineered, tested and developed with you in mind. If we are not always improving on your experience in a Jeep, then we are not doing our Job.
Chance Kamp started All Out Offroad back in 1991 as one small store in a tiny building with a single service bay and one tinting area. Soon after that, Gino Mindicta and Luke Richard joined the team and it’s been a wild ride ever since! Now we have three stores with state of the art facilities and a team that loves completely restoring and rebuilding older vintage models or highly accessorizing newer cars, trucks, jeeps, UTV’S or SUV'S.
Their skills with lift and lowering kits, tires, performance boosters, hitches, bed covers, window tint, audio, alarms, maintenance and more were put to the test on the hit CMT show “Trick My What?!” starring John Schneider and the team from the Richmond location’s “Lonestar Speed Shop.” More than fancy bells and whistles, amazing machines like the “Dragon of Steel” or the “Futuristic Steam Engine” made it possible for hardworking Americans to get their jobs done spreading asphalt, logging, or planting crops. The heart of the show was finding out about the amazing things real folks do to earn a living and fixing up the unusual equipment they need to get those jobs done.
All Out has also been featured numerous times over the years in magazines such as "TRUCKIN", "4 WHEELER" and "STREET TRUCKS".
In 2008 we built a custom "ONE OF A KIND" Hummer H1 that was featured at the SEMA show in Las Vegas. The Hummer also graced the cover of "TRUCKIN" magazine and was voted by "MSN" as one of the best vehicles of SEMA. We have featured our vehicles and won awards at shows all around Texas, from "Texas Heat Wave", "Texas Show Down", "Houston Auto Rama", "4 Wheel Jamboree", "Coffee and Cars Houston", "Summer Jam Custom Car Show" and many many more.
